Heating Pad Review

I hate to break it to you, but there is no such thing as having endometriosis and owning one heating pad. Heating pads are very personal for everyone. Personally, I like moist heat that has a little weight to it. Thats what feels best for me. However, heating pads are personal and you are unfortunately going to have to experiment to figure out what is best for you. With that said here is a look at my favorite heating pads!

PELVIC PAIN SOLUTIONS: My go to heating pad. I put it on my back and pelvis, and it fits so perfectly! This is one of the only heating pads I have been able to find that is really made for your pelvis. It is the perfect shape to provide heat evenly, and you don’t have to try to jam it in place. It lays flat and fits great! It has a really easy velcro strap so you can wear it under baggy clothes if need be. By far my favorite moist heat option. Has a great weight to it too.

YUYU BOTTLE: Best heating pad for legs and hips. I usually lay it down the length of my leg or I drape it along my hip flexor. Has a nice weight to it, and a ton of fun colors to pick from!

WARMIES: By far the most comforting heating pad I own. I put it right on my chest when I am feeling anxious. Manny the Manatee has a lavender scent, is soft, and absolutely adorable. He hits on so many senses and has such a calming effect! Warning: your family will try to steal!

UTERUS: I’m sorry but if you don’t have a cute little uterus heating pad you need to add one to your cart immediately. Pinky (that’s her name LOL) is great for putting right on my uterus and ovaries (very fitting). Heats up really quick and is an awesome moist heat option. She is small enough that she fits right where I need her, so no folding or scrunching necessary.
